Gather the family around a dish that warms the hearts.

Ingredients :

4 chicken legs (or 4 chicken breasts)

1/2 cup of pineapple jam

2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon ofolive oil

Fresh cilantro as garnish (optional)


To start, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, mix Ilanga Nature pineapple jam, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and soy sauce.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.

Pour the pineapple jam mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat them evenly.

Drizzle with olive oil, which you can also find on our site.

Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked and golden.
