- 4 duck eggs (about 240 g)
- 240 g of sugar
- 240 g of self-raising flour
- 2 spoonfuls of milk (optional)
- Jam (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter and line two round molds.
- Weigh the eggs, then weigh the same weight in sugar, butter, and flour.
- Whip the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one by one, then the vanilla.
- Incorporate the flour. Add a little milk if the dough is thick.
- Distribute into molds. Bake 25-30 min.
- Let cool, glaze with jam and assemble.
